Many people enter retirement with horrible exercise routines, if there is a routine at all. Have a checkup and then get with a professional that can help design a daily exercise routine that affords at least thirty minutes of credible exercise. There is no need to invest in gym memberships or expensive home equipment if the budget is tight. Something as simple as taking a brisk walk in the morning or using a bicycle for local errands could be ideal ways to get your daily dose of exercise. In time, you may come to view the entire process as something that is enjoyable and not just another chore.
